This is a required form for any Cat or kitten we take in.  The questions we ask, need to be answered in full.  This ensures we can give the proper medical care needed.  This information also gives us some history, so that we can place this cat or kitten in the best home possible.

Donations for the surrendered cat or kitten helps us with the additional cost of taking them in.   We also take toys, beds, cages, carriers, food, litter, flea medication etc.  Cats and kittens are very sensitive animals.  Having items from their previous home will have a familiar scent, that helps relieve stress during the transition.

Any amount or item donated to the rescue is much appreciated.
